As of last October the administration claimed none of the $6B of previously frozen funds had been used. Evidently that claim has changed. This should fit into the narrative...

I was looking for info on the 6 billion fund being released and this link does not address the actual conveyance of any of it, so I'm seeing no change. They offered opinion on what Iran would likely do with the money if received. Brilliant deduction on the part of an official...
