I'm going to be controversial and say I prefer the original...
The cropping of #2 feels too tight and you lose the scene.
#3 the colourisation adds nothing to the image. It's just a sad drab grey day.

I prefer number one. Number 2 is very good with the exception that her skin tone seems too light for someone that spends a lot of time in the sun.
