It was not politics, but justice department who said that and has found trump liable for fraud. Justice also found the CFO guilty and had the Controller testify in court as to his fraudulent actions at the direction of the CFO, trump boys and trump himself. That's good enough for me and I'll follow along on the appeals. But, it looks like his appeal is in jeopardy since the bond guy doesn't have the financials either to back up the $175 mil. Trump and his equally shady (by not following bond posting rules) cronies don't fare well when they are held to ethical and legal standards that the rest if us must meet.

The justice department you say. Hmmmm. What part of the justice department has the authority to declare Trump liable for fraud. What part of the justice department has the authority to find anybody guilty of anything? I thought it was a court of law who found people innocent or guilty. Sort of jumping the gun aren't you?
But of course in all of Trump's cases it is the lying corrupt Left who have said all along, even before charges have been officially filed that Trump is guilty.

Seems as if you should have watched a few more episodes of Perry Mason or Owen Marshall before declaring you have a law degree.

The answer is judges! They have spoken and found trump liable for fraud, sexual assault and found trumps CFO guilty of fraud and perjury.
