Is anyone else getting snow today? I woke to a light covering, and now it's snowing hard, although they say it will top by 10:00.

I got up late (7:30). I hope to get off the computer by 9:00 today so I can get something done. It's so nice to sit here looking at things online, while the house doesn't seem able to take care of itself.

Yes, since about 6:45 yesterday evening.
Forecaster, guessers, think it will end Sunday afternoon.

Yep - it started yesterday after noon and has continued snowing lightly - accumulating to about 12 inches and it is still coming very lightly- not a surprise for me as when we moved here 17 yrs ago we got 18 inches on April 22 .
We live at 3,500 ft in the CA Sierra mnts .this was March 23 last yr.

Although my snow disappeared early, I drove over a small mountain yesterday afternoon, and there was snow plowed onto the side of the road.

The "Road" - Hwy 88- that passes by our house rises 1,000 ft every 10 mile to Kit Carson Pass at 8,600 ft so the snow gets much deeper quickly - same going down hill 25 mi. down to Jackson and its summer most of the year.
