7" of Snow?

I saw a weather alert last night for up to 7" of snow locally. I was hoping it was an April Fools Day announcement, but the National Weather Service wouldn't do that. The warning is repeated today, and it begins tomorrow morning.

Looks like Courtland is expected to receive a few inches of snow over the next day or three.

You know how wet and heavy this late season snow is. I hope your snow blower can handle it.
On the other hand, I'm about 150 miles south of you and I think we've had 7" of rain the past few days with heavy rain predicted for today. Slight exaggeration on the 7" but it is very wet here.

I haven't even looked at weather for weeks now...been in the 70's here.
I was surprised to see there is still snow in New England...no wonder they are so grumpy.

The snow stopped, and we got about 1/2". I don't think I'll need the snow blower.

We had some delayed openings around here. The weather can be quite a bit different just a few miles away.
