The democrats were claiming that Trump over valued Mar-A-Largo which the judge valued at $18 million. Now that Trump had to pay that bloated bond, Democrats are now saying that Mar-A-Largo could be sold for hundreds of millions.

It could be sold for 100s of millions. What this proves is Egeron is corrupt and the case against Trump is a political hit job like what you would expect from a third world country.
Crickets again, what gives?

And that is the whole point isn’t it. Trump puts Mar-a-Lago value based on dividinv it and selling it in parcels- that is disallowed by local covenants.

I can always count on you to miss the point and deflect, your vile hatred for Trump has rendered your brain useless.

No, one valuation is for a 2 acre vacant lot and the other is for a 17 acre plot with a mansion of 62,500sq ft in 126 rooms. After Trump bought it in 1985 he planned to sub divide it but was told no because it is a National Historic Landmark having been built in 1927 and left to the government as a vacation home for the presidents, none ever used it and the government didn't want to pay the upkeep so returned it to the estate in 1981. It sat and deteriorated and was in very bad shape when Trump bought it for a rumored price of $10million (now $30million with inflation) so he totally refurbished it as a club and added a ballroom. It is set up for 500 members, $500,000 to join and annual dues of $20,000.
Local real estate firms value it at a minimum of 300 to 600 million and say that if it were sold at auction, billionaires bidding against each other could blow the price up to $1billion to ????.
That low tax valuation is based on its annual income as a club. Not on its sale value.

You obviously don’t know what you’re talking about. Why is it that the Democrats went after Trump Because he claimed his property was worth more than 18 million and you guys say no. But when it came to time where he might have to sell it, the claim is worth hundreds of millions now.

Thanks I leave up to others to decide who is correct ? The tax appraiser of real estate companies think of their cut.
The judge used the appraisal value .) I wonder if trump
Complained about that value when his property tax came due ?

Not a chance.
The value of a property is the resale value. not the appraised value. Even the tax appraiser in Florida says that Mar-a-lago is worth more than the $18 million that Egeron ruled it is worth. USA today is hardly a conservative source and they value the mansion at between $300 million and $600 million and say that it could go over a billion if there is a bidding war. Trump claimed it was worth $743 billion. Which is closer to $600 million, $18 million or $600 million. Duh, James and Egeron are reprehensible in what they are doing.
