What surprises me is the speed at which it's in. Day before yesterday the tree in front of the house looked like the branch in the first picture.

It was supposed to be a progression of events but I dropped the ball on number two, it wasn't quite what I want but so it goes sometimes.

Number three is the south side of the tree which is totally exploding with color.

Please expand on that. Was it my mad photographic skills, or the fact that it's FINALLY warming up?

Thank you Mike, but I think that you are biased.

Thanks for popping in though.

Because it’s warming up. Recent posts show they had snow on the ground recently there. ;)

I am also amazed at how fast it happens. My Jujube tree was all sticks the other day, and then overnight green buds all over it!

Maybe spring has finally sprung?

We did have snow last week and the lows for the next 7 days will be cool, 4 out of 7 will be below freezing with highs in the high 60's and low 70's which won't do the buds any good, but things don't live here long if they can't be adaptable.

Thanks for popping in Jerry. We'll talk soon.

Four out of the next seven days will have nighttime lows of freezing or below. I am ready for some warm.

Thanks for stopping by.

Sorry. Hope that is followed by unseasonably warm weather.
