Florida Skyway Bridge in the 80s ... same fate.

why in this section? This is where we talk about anything related to photography. Such as f, speed, lenses etc... you submitted a photo.

In what section was it originally posted? (Can you guess I didn't notice? )

If it was General Chit-Chat, that section is NOT restricted to being related to photography.

Coming out of my neighborhood, I could always see the Bridge in the distance. A jolt this morning when it was no longer there. This was a photo from some 15 years ago.

Sad...

It was another comment concerning that Bridge catastrophe. I simply followed that lead and included it in the same section. Mine had a photo and his did not. I suppose that was the difference.

NOPE... you were simply the victim of the "category police" on this site, those with nothing better to do than put down someone (like you) who is simply sharing a sentiment via a photo... I happen to like the post and reminding us all of that "stuff happens".

Being in the wrong section is absolutely worse than the collapse of the bridge, the loss of human life and the disruption of people's lives. One more "Take the Joy Out of Photography Post"

Pay no attention to the "section police".

Don't know which section it was originally posted in but personally, I think the atmospheric look of your black & white image more than qualifies it for the Photo Gallery.

Thank you, very much!

Thank you. There was no suggestion of why it was in the wrong place. But on the other hand, I have not lost a single night of sleep worrying about it. 😂
