I really like Harris's Hawks.
They have deep rich colors, and I find them beautiful. They also hunt in family groups which is unique.

If you ever get to Tucson, go to the Arizona Sonora Desert Museum. Twice a day they have a raptor free flight show where they release various hawks, owls, falcons, etc. One of the main attractions is Harris' Hawks. They will release several at a time, and there is always a large crowd. Bring a long lens. Great way to practice BIF shots...
