I'm so glad they caught the driver who killed that other college student. I can't imagine how they did it, but I'm glad they did.

A paint chip smaller then 1/4 the size of a pinkie fingernail solved a case I had. If the driver had stopped she would have been released at the scene. Dark cloths, dark road jaywalking victim.
