Ok, so now I understand the mentality that motivated Admin to create a section where people just want their ego stroked rather than to get honest, impartial feedback and learn and get better.
I also find it interesting that I only commented about your photos, not about you personally; but you are attacking me ad honimem, with hypocritical comments claiming that I need to learn the golden rule...
Look in a mirror, take your own advice, and quit throwing rocks in a glass house.

To BGenie,
Strange how that works, my aunt has told me the very same thing. If you can't say something nice, to not say anything at all.
Apparently you have not learned to take that advice or ever heard of it.

I posted my photos as i saw fit, Not as you see fit.
This forum thread was for fun,not for Criticism as you seem to think is fitting.
I shows your mentality or lack of it.
We seem to have just to many "experts" as of late and that needs to end.
End of discussion !

#5 is good, nice eye-shine
#6 & 8 are good but you need to remember your rule of thirds, the centering makes them less interesting.
#7 is a 'no' you can't see his face and it's blurry

Just because you sign it and put a fancy frame on it, does not make it a good photo. Get rid of the 'bling' and let your photos stand and speak for themselves.

If you feel the need to rip someone's photos, then do it in the photo analysis portion of the forum where critique is supposed to be given. In the photo gallery section, photos are to be for forum members viewing enjoyment, or in your case not, but scathing comments are out of place. Your momma obviously never told you, "if you don't have something nice to say, then say nothing at all!"

I think you need to take your own mamas advice.
I haven't been in this forum for 6 months and everything has been moved around... I didn't know that admin put in a "I suck, but please kiss my ass anyway" section.

Yes, Jane. It is indeed a stellar Jay.
Hes a very deep darkest blue.

These are very nice. Is that a Steller's jay? The blue is amazing - as brilliant as an indigo bunting. My bird book gives no hint of the bright color.

COLO43..I appreciate your photos and feel overall you do a damn good job of presenting the "Innocence " of the beautiful deer. I stand with you and feel BGENIE is out of his league in his distasteful comments. He probably has never heard of the Golden Rule or he refuses to abide by it. Keep posting, I love what you do

BGenie I thought for one moment that these comments may have been from a photo genius. But looking at your previous posted images I think your criticism needs to be directed at yourself.
