Good set. It was interesting to see inside the larva in No. 4. I am thinking those lines (looking like trees on the horizon) represent the nervous system - please correct me if I am wrong.

A very interesting set! The lines along the side of the larva are tracheal tubes.

Thanks for the correction Mark, am I right in thinking that such insects do have some kind of electrical pulses to create movement?
