I just heard that passing the bar is no longer required to become a lawyer in Washington state. Unbelievable!

Ok but I responded to your quote that it was Washington D.C. but I see you corrected it. This is all about diversity and basically insulting people of color. I’m not sure it’s a bad program after reading it, but it does have some r****t undertones which I oppose.

Well, it’s not hard to confuse the two since they’re both liberal cesspools.

Wrong, liberal nut jobs are the author of confusion just like the devil is. By the way, I wasn’t the one that was confused.

"After more than three years of extensive study—bringing together data and research with testimony from scholars and experts—the Task Force came to two important findings: The traditional bar exam disproportionately and unnecessarily blocks marginalized groups from entering the practice of law, and the traditional bar exam is at best minimally effective for ensuring competent lawyers. "

From this report released by the Courts.

How does the Bar exam “disproportionately and unnecessarily blocks marginalized groups” exactly? Sounds a little r****t to me. I’m not saying that this “program” is not good or not, I really don’t know.

I'm not prepared to educate myself on a policy change that took three years of expert study

However, I am curious about how the OP arrived at his conclusion of "Unbelievable."

Who knows, maybe the bar exam is just outdated and unnecessary. Many people that are brilliant in practice but are terrible test and exam takers.

Perhaps we should consider this approach for doctors as well

I was gong to mention doctors but doctors have a direct effect on a persons health. Not in the same class as Attorneys.
