Being a light sleeper or an early riser I have TWICE our Naval Observatory changing times on the button. Once from 1:59 AM to 3 AMCDT and once going the other wayfrom 1:59AMCDT to 1 AM CST. Just wait a moment. It will happen. My compliments to Oregon Scientific. One of the clocks is at leat 7 yearsold and on duty with accuracy.
