The branches being in shadow has the effect of peering from dark winter into the light of spring. I'm trying to recall if I've seen or photo'd an out of focus foreground with that much contrast. Don't know, but I'm gonna try it!

What is the building?

Thanks Don. I shot it both ways. With the foreground being in and out of focus. As you can see I liked it this way of the two choices.
