Another sunrise from down under. Mandurah in Western Australia.
The pelican had been swimming away and I had to do a deal of running, waving and yelling to get him turned around. It was then a quick dash back to the tripod before he swam out of shot.
Pic is as taken apart from the removal of a small pole and a couple of small bright lights in the distance.
Nikon D300.. 18-70mm Nikkor.

Hi guys, Thanks for the nice comments, it's a sunrise not sunset, often a forgotten part of the day.
I'm not sure what you mean by 'Store original' ? As I understand it there's a size limit on posted images of 800px wide. The jpg original is 2.49MB and 3216px wide, it was downsized to fit the rules..Unfortunately I no longer have the unedited file and in this instance I wasn't shooting RAW only jpg.
Newsflash: Newbie finds answer to 'Store Original' in Help.. :)

What you posted is just a low res thumbnail picture. So we can see your picture in all it's glory, (and this one deserves it) next time click store original. Dont need to do that for every picture, just ones with lots of detail that you want us to see, or if you want suggestions for modifications (which this one doesn't need at all). Thanks for sharing.
