Love it, details are different but it reminds me of my family's cabin on a private club lake when I was a kid. My Grandfather and two great uncles each had a share, all next to each other so they built one cabin (on a log raft chained to large trees so it could float up when the river flooded), partlyy cleared one for camp fires and parking and left one in trees. The lake was rimmed by plots that were common ownership for all members to hunt, gather firewood etc. (only dead or fallen wood allowed, no cutting firewood) and the boat dock was common ownership also, everyone got one slot. And all members and guests could fish on the lake or hunt in the woods and fields out around the area where the cabin plots were. Those fields were leased to farmers and the money helped maintain the facilities. The farmers had to leave some crops in strips to supply food for wildlife.
