Photolady2014 Loc: Southwest Colorado

For those who like the vehicles! We were a bit late to the drag races they have in the evenings. We did see some and here are a few photos. I was amazed at the number of people on the weekend. We arrived on a Monday and by Saturday the number of campers and motor homes had grown from 100 to 500+. And we are not talking cheap campers but huge fancy motorhomes as well as some double decker trailers that had lifts in them so they could haul 2 sand rails! We talked to some and they said they had 100k or more in just the sand rail! We felt a bit out classed with our little Razor 1,000 turbo S. And our accommodations, well not a huge Class A…. Lots of these people had kids and they had their own dirt bike or quad!

The wait time for one of these is almost 2 years!
