In the California Bay Area we are lucky to have several kinds of hummingbirds. Was able to photograph some Allen's:

These are superb. Getting video of the female Anna's feeding her chicks in their intricately made nest is simply incredible. I have seen such feedings twice in my life and I felt they were very special events to observe.
