I get ads for Temu products on every page here. If I knew what they were, I might be tempted to buy some. Want to take a guess?

#3 is obvious, but funny - weirdly funny. They should have the cord coming out of the base.

The first one is either a prop for an old sci-fi movie, or a conversation starter.
The last may be a Twitter-y X-y FaceBook connector! 🙄😂

Actually, I like the ebay ads with pictures of women and the caption "Add to your collection" 😲 (Wife would strongly disapprove!)

The first is a heat engine.

That means nothing to me.

Longshadow got it right -- it's a heat engine --
Got one & it works just fine
"A Stirling engine invented in 1816 is a heat engine that is operated by the cyclic compression and expansion of air or other gas (the working fluid) between different temperatures, resulting in a net conversion of heat energy to mechanical work"
can't tell you about the others

Think of it as an external combustion engine.

#2 looks like a plug for something that could be turned by a drill. Or something like a latch to grip onto the round part of the shaft ?????

I'm with 14K, but the problem with the add as shown is cutting off the size of the thread, but there is enough to speculate it to be a 1/4 20 bolt. The Asian's need to understand that the universal thread the world around is not metric but the old Imperial 1/4 20 bolt and nut. Like that hole on the bottom of all cameras using a threaded mount (like a tri pod). So much for metric being 'King'.

I think it's driving a generator too.

The threads would connect to something, and the drill would spin it. But what?

You might want to stay away from TEMU. It is known they sell inexpensive items to get your information that they sell.
