Surprise find on Lake Overlook Butte, YNP. Courting time, but the little female was moving off! The male was quite cooperative and may have been in a previous line-up with his posing ability.
Just for perspective, Yellowstone Lake was directly behind the grouse. Still some mid-May ice!
