Your work just goes to show that B&W has a LOT of life left!

The high key kitty is delightful! The winter scene is lovely, but perhaps try a little dodge and burn, or more separation of tones via curves or levels, especially with the water.

A varied, interesting series. So great to know you're enjoying this path!

I find B & W images very interesting. I have been setting my Olympus MFT camera to monochrome more frequently in the last six months and enjoying the change of pace from all color.

Thank you! The cat was the quickest shot, and something of a Bob Ross style "happy accident", and the couple, me and my hubby, was the most staged and took the longest to do.

Thank you! I was surprised by how much I liked the Christmas Cactus in B&W. It's flowers are so brilliant and gaudy, but the B&W seems to show off their fascinating shapes.

Thanks, DanF. Bit of a happy accident, she's rarely inclined to pose, and I got lucky with the exposure; didn't have time to think about it.
