Am I really the only one to bring this to the UHH? I waited for somebody else to mention it ranked Joe as #14. Apparently, this is done annually and the rankings change sometimes.

#45 is ranked last, #45, balance. lol

This is ArtzDarkroom Trolling Chump's Base to respond...

Not a Kitty, will a Grizzly Bear do?

And it changes depending on the "Scholars".

If a bunch of far left/Dems then Republicans are down rated, except Lincoln=if they down rated him no one would believe them about any of their ratings.

If moderates, then the ratings depend on their favorite presidents and maybe the day of the week or what they think the people paying for it want.

If it is historians, it often depends on what period and subject they study.

If the rare Conservative professors, then Republicans and conservative presidents get higher scores.

If a bunch of anti-war/peace-at-any-price types, then all the former generals and other presidents who started or took part in a war get down rated.

The Stable Don didn't do his ratings with any judges, anywhere, any good with his latest observations about Abe Lincoln not getting the Civil War right.

Tampa Bay Times - " ...I hope this is the last time any of us will feel compelled to write about the mangling of Civil War history by a Republican p**********l candidate.

At a rally in Newton, Iowa, on J*** 6, Donald J. Trump got into the act. “The Civil War was so fascinating, so horrible,” he said. Nothing amiss here. But he went on to add the following: “So many mistakes were made. See, there was something I think could have been negotiated, to be honest with you.” ... " Really Mr President? Which part?

Actually they tried to negotiate and compromise, several times, but the deals fell apart because of stubbornness on one side or the other.
Buchanan, missed a lot of opportunities. By the time Lincoln was sworn in the road to war was on a steep down slope and speeding up.

Lincoln's main goal before the war was to preserve the Union so that the s***ery question could be settled peacefully.
As far back as 1849 he proposed a legislative trial in Washington DC. Where s***ery was legal at the time.
Lincoln titled his 1849 legislation, “A bill for an act to abolish s***ery in the District of Columbia, by the consent of the free white people of said District, and with compensation to owners.” The idea being if it worked expand it to other parts of the nation.

The Emancipation Proclamation only freed s***es in the 11 Confederate States and those belonging to people in other states who joined the r*******n. The rest weren't freed until the 13th Amendment was ratified in Dec 1865.

One does not have to be a scholar to reach a logical conclusion on ranking Trump. He is the limbo champ… as in no one will ever set the bar lower.

"Umm ... congealed t***s-fat!" 45 to 16 (post his Helsinki abdication)

"Donald Trump serves Clemson football team fast food at White House, Clemson player ‘thought it was a joke’."

Earlier on Monday, President Donald Trump said, “I think we’re going to serve McDonald’s, Wendy’s, and Burger King, with some pizza. I really mean. It’ll be interesting. I would think that’s their favorite food.”

"American fast food. Paid for by me. I think they'd like it better than anything we could give. We have some very large people that like to eat." —Trump on why he's feeding Clemson fast food

Yeah. I’m pretty disgusted. I don’t post political commentary on this forum, but you asked.

tRump is a total embarrassment on a global level. He is a spoiled petulant sore loser of a child who grew up to be a bully. He lacks class, dignity, compassion and kindness. He panders to w***e s*********ts because he knows he will get their v**es and they are an easy target as the f**e panacea of their woes.

He lacks integrity and honesty, he’s a liar and a c***ter. He’s a master manipulator and a nasty piece of work. He is d******e, not unifying, he plays both sides against the middle and creates f**e enemies to unify his supporters. That happened in Europe in the 1920’s, look how that turned out.

Yeah, he ranks up to the top of the pile of worst presidents we have ever had. It will take decades to fix his damage. What is scarier, is the fact that half of our country supports him. What does that say for America’s quality of character. We used to be strong, patriarchal, honorable, protectors of the planet who stood for what’s right, now we are as bad as the countries we use to protect from themselves.

I'm not a scholar, but came to the same conclusion long ago.
