I call the folks who do this quality of work " miracle workers". I don't care for the exhaust stack...which oddly seems to change sides.

Haven't your ever heard of "dual" exhausts, Tom? This means that they can be on either side (LOL).

I don't understand. Top photo from 2019, no stacks. Bottom photo from 2022, right stack. He has been working on it through the years though.
I don't know if he had it totally repainted or there is some kind of new polish/wax ... but the most recent shot ... the paint was immaculate and great, deep color.
This one from 2011, paint job was just average.

In the first shot, I saw something sticking up above the roof...just above his head... and I took it to be the exhaust stack. Looking carefully again, it may have been an antenna or some thing else. No big deal.

WOW!! If that is what it looked like before restoration they did an awesome job. I like that color very much. And yes you nailed the background again which we expect all of your photos to have awesome backgrounds. Thanks keep posting. BE SAFE!!

Great restoration, the exhaust manifold had to be split (inline 6 banger) for 2 tail pipes.
Absolutely beautiful. The last photo looks like they maybe hadn’t done a final color sand and clear coat. I’m beginning to think the late 40’s models are my favorite.
You always do a spectacular job of photographing.
