Lets see: $660,000 in three days is $220,000 per day.

At that rate it will take 1523 days to pay off the $335.000,000.

And that does not even count the interest on the unpaid balance . . . .

Even if the verdict is appealed, trump will lose on appeal.

Overall, we rate The Epoch Times Right Biased and Questionable based on the publication of p***********e and the promotion of propaganda and conspiracy theories, as well as numerous failed fact checks. (M. Huitsing 8/21/2017) (Updated 05/22/2022)

Thank you for posting. It was really interesting the points this guy was making about Trump's lawyers qualifications or lack therein. From memory, there were concerns expressed during the beginning of his "troubles," about the reluctance of some major attorneys to take his cases.

In my career I had a couple of issues with former employers in moving to a different firm, compensation and the disability insurer when I had to a stop working when I had cancer; the smartest move I made was to find the best attorney within the subject and follow their advice. Others who went to their neighbor, the lawyer down the street and so on had a much tougher time than me. I tried to use the example if you have bad kidney, you don't go to a GP.

From the discussion, I think Trump as far as the ruling goes better start thinking about what he's willing to lose in assets.

Trump team proved their incompetence by not filing for a jury and putting the case in the hands of Ergonon and a bench (court) trial right out of the gate.

Do your research. There was no choice since the state of New York does not allow for a jury trial in this type of lawsuit.

Do your research, James filed for a bench trial and the Trump team didn’t file for a Jury in time.

You could do with some research also. Many experts believe the attorneys could and should have requested a jury. They had no NY state trial experience and were just not a great fit as capable lawyers for this case.

Why some lawyers won't work for Trump:
https://www.newsweek.com/why-doesnt-donald-trump-have-better-lawyers-1862151
Per the article:
1. They are afraid they won't get paid.
2. He is a difficult client to control.
3. Perception that some of his cases are losers on merits.
4. Trump is "toxic" to much of the population and representing him will turn off other clients.

Number three is seemingly ridiculous as if that is the mindset of an attorney most criminal cases would be “in propria persona.” However it seems more District Attorneys are overly sensitive to conviction rates.

Wow! The amount of h**e in this thread is amazing! I'm no fan of Trump, but you seem to be missing the point. Whether Trump asked for a jury, or did not, is immaterial. The judge and the prosecutor blatantly disregarded the t***h of the case. Donald Trump did not commit a crime.

The banks with which he had worked, all agreed that there was no malfeasance, and they all made money from their dealings with him. The question to be asked, "Where is the victim?". There were no complaints filed by any of the lenders.

The prosecutor ran for office on the mantra of "getting Trump". She's obsessed and unhinged. The hack judge hammed for the camera on numerous occasions and had determined the guilt and fine long before the case was finished.

Trump will post the necessary security/bond, and his appeal will go up the appeals route. Even if his appeal fails at the next levels, he likely has appealable issues in Federal Court such as 5th and 14th Amendment violations, and those will likely take a few years to even be heard.

Get over yourselves. He's lived in your collective heads for 8 years, and you are all going nuts trying to crucify him.
