Been VERY tough times for little Scout the past 10 days or so... Think he was going into a diabetic coma and we had no idea. He is coming around somewhat and is getting 5 units of insulin twice a day. Went a week without eating and lying in a stupor and peeing everywhere. Now he is eating chicken and following Cody out for potty. We feel so bad for the little guy... Every day he seems just a tad better but it's a tough road.

I sure hope Scout feels better soon and makes it through this difficult time. I have Cooper, a purebred Coton breed who looks like a white poodle. Pets are so important in our lives, and they mean so much to us. I wish you the best with Scout!

Awwww, he's so adorable and I'm so sorry to hear he is sick. My daughter-in-law's Pomeranian is diabetic and also has 2 shots a day. She has to be very careful about what kind of food she eats and what kind of treats she gets. She 18 years old and it's not easy.
Prayers for Scout to get that sugar level down and feel good again.
