Can you tell us what you did to remedy the problem? Or that is too much to ask of you?

I suspect it's asking too much to get more than a one-line post out of the OP. He is not conversant with basic UHH features, particularly 'Quote Reply'. And he is definitely not skilled in providing explanations.

Ok so he can ask us but to answer a question from us is asking too much of him. I think it's very fair.

The OP has a long history of posting sentence fragments without any meaning or explanation (he joined about 4 years ago and a brief {but definitely not thorough} look at his posting history does not show anything useful).
I suspect the best thing to do when he starts such a thread is to start a discussion of something related to the thread title (or maybe just an interesting discussion) so the thread turns into something with value. If it requires that the thread be hijacked, then it's for a good cause.
He recently started a thread titled
'Plants and Fertilizers' which developed into a discussion of manure spreaders. A couple of pages of useful(?) discussion resulted.
I would like to point out a discussion that took place on DPreview a long time ago. DPreview has a limit of 150 responses to a thread. Someone posted a thread by accident and quickly edited it to have a title 'D'oh! Disregard this thread' and the accompanying post 'I tried replying to a post and ended up creating a new topic. Nothing to see here'. The thread went to the 150 post limit. Provided some humor and gave everyone something to do with an otherwise useless post.
https://www.dpreview.com/forums/post/34711469So let's all say something about the Canon EOS 80D. Or red square blocks. Or something else.

I am only interested in helping the OP out and while doing that I will have to ask a lot of question. I really want to know the OP.

I encourage you to do that, but I can only wish you luck in your endeavor.

Yes I do. Works fine, especially with the Canon 18-135mm zoom lens.
