Really nice work!

Thanks, Dpullum. I have yet to explore the world of AI-generated images although I am a huge fan of AI, especially the role it plays in medicine.

I watched a program where a young girl was born with a debilitating birth defect with a large section of the front of her skull missing and her brain protruding into her mouth which was in two separate pieces. How she was able to survive as long as she did was a miracle.

The medical team performed a CT scan of her skull to create a printed 3-D model. They used the model to create a web of material to fit into the void of the skull. The material used was as a sub-straight for bone and tissue to grow over time. The surgeons put the protruding part of her brain back in place and reconstructed her face.

AI played a large part in saving this young girl. From scanning to printing and creating models that allowed the surgical team to practice along with the use of robotic surgical equipment used for the precision delicate work.

Very soothing image. I like it. Excellent job on the creation of this image.

However, in my experience most artists do Faires with dragonfly/butterfly type wings and these white feathered wings are used for angels. What was your reason for this type of wing? Oh, I did google Faires and then hit images, there was one with wings like your image that was captioned "Fairy Angel".

Well, yes, of course, it is a nice-nice image, sweet perfection. If mounted on the museum wall I glance and walk by. I do not put myself in the image no involvement, no personal identification with the characters. Women would not identify with being angelic, tho she does have her legs spread a bit teasing the male deer!!

Having looked and then sat down to sip my first cup, I pondered what to say or suggest. Then it dawned on me a simple horizontal flip so that the image/story reads from left to right. In doing so, we put ourselves as the deer, the first creature we see. What is the deer, are we, looking at... then we see thru the deer's eyes the crescendo of the visual .... the large beautiful angelic woman. Now we identify as observers seeing through the eyes of the deer. The story ends far right with the Angelic woman.
Well, yes, of course, it is a nice-nice image, swe... (show quote)

That works pretty well.

Robert, Thanks for viewing, the advice, and questions. I wanted to put wings on the girl and I came across an image of a white dove. I liked the wings and thought that I could do something with them.

Now that you mention it, a fairy has "bug-like" wings whereas angels have feathered wings (although I don't know why although I suspect it makes them less terrifying than a big bug).

That distinction as to the type of wings goes back to at least Middle Ages art.
Besides just a lot of reading etc. My second semester of college I took a class on the "The History of Art" (all types) and that semester it was the one class that messed up my straight A record. I got two features of Gothic Cathedral design mixed up. I don't even remember what it was now, but the mention of Gothic Cathedrals gives me a flashback memory to this day. The funny thing is I like looking at the details of Gothic Cathedrals and other buildings from the era.

Oh, it doesn't matter the style of wings, I still like the image.

Curmudgeon, it's a dangerous job, but someone has to do it!
