Monday evening I was sitting in my recliner talking with my wife when I had a series of sharp pains in my chest.

Went to the ER, where the EKGS they ran appeared mostly normal, but they all had a "sketchy" unexplained trace. They arranged to transfer me to a hospital in Tacoma for observation. But had to give me a Covid test, which came back positive, before I could be transferred. I had no symptoms.

I spent the next two nights there before a CT scan ruled out a heart attack and was discharged to go home.

Now recovering from my third episode of Covid.

Walks with Ranger are helping with this recovery.

I've had both. I'll take covid over a heart attack any day of the week. Glad you doing better. Ranger looks like he wishes he was back in a warm house.

Glad you survived both! Thanks for reading and for your comments! Much appreciated Tom.

Ranger went with my wife and I for yet another walk today. And yes, it is possible he wished to be back in the warm house. He had to be bribed to get up for that final walk, but once up he willingly went for the walk.

Sorry to hear about your episode. Hope it doesn't reoccur. I don't like ice, but sometimes it is pretty.

Thanks for reading and looking! Much appreciated. I think the ice is pretty, but I don't like walking or driving on it. I've done both of those more often than I like!

I'm hoping those chest pains don't happen again. My wife thinks they were possibly caused by incorrect dosage of my thyroid medicine, which was addressed by my primary care provider while I was at the hospital. I guess I'll see over time.

Glad you’re on the mend.

I’m sure you know about all the ads that pop up based upon the subject being covered. That said, why then would a jock itch add pop up when discussing Covid and heart attacks??? Is there a relationship? Did your groin itch immediately before the chest pains?

Hi, Vaun. Sorry about the covid, and I’m glad it wasn’t a heart attack. Chest pains can be scary, I know. Thanks for the nice shots of your walk, and Ranger looks like he was enjoying it, too. Get well, my friend.

Thanks for reading and for your comments! Much appreciated 😀. Yes, I know about adds that pop up usually based on subjects. I've noticed though that they don't always pop up immediately, sometimes it will be a week or more.

Thanks for looking and reading! Much appreciated Greg. My pleasure to share the photos from our walks. I'm sure Ranger did enjoy himself at least part of the time.
