The House majority is definitely significant. They did lose the Santos seat, the Speaker of the House apparently can be removed by one Representative, so it's a tenuous majority.

Mr. Trump's SCOTUS appointees are very significant, but still not elected... technically. Very significant indeed.

How can you say that? Pelosi is gone. The last I knew, ballgames, World Series and SuperBowls were won by a single point. Tenuous as it might be, we hold the House. Pelosi is gone. It's a victory. We control the committees, the legislation. It is a victory. Get over yourself.

Yeah, well, what did they expect McCarthy to do when they ousted him? Most Speakers do resign. As for Santos, there are two schools of thought. His actions were so egregious he needed to go. However, one school of thought is that he has not been convicted. I think that's why Menendez is still in the Senate. If you don't take those last people seriously, think about Russia Collusion. It was established fact, right? Until it wasn't. I'm not saying Santos should still be in the House, but I think some people, even House members, prefer a conviction first. Now...what about Menendez?
