Looks like a scam to me, especially since I have no idea who these people are. The e-mail address looks funny too. It's is sent to 100's of email addresses, (many looking like e-mail lists from companies like Macafee), that look like they were copied and hope that someone would be dumb enough to respond.

I’m finding it difficult to believe you’re even asking. Just delete it and move on…..
I get, at least, a 1/2 dozen of something similar every day that should have been assigned the “Junk” folder.

It IS a scam.
You purchased nothing, and nothing was charged to your "account".
They want people to call the phone number and give them their card information so they can get a "credit" for the purchase. I get a bunch of these...
Sadly, people fall for it.
They also do Anti-Virus "renewals".

(This is a cheap one, most I get are for over $400.)

I got one for charges allegedly made by my wife. I responded because in the end, they spent less than she does.

Maybe it's an upgrade on the "You're PRE-APPROVED for our wonderful 0% Credit Card!! Sign up now!!!" approach.

Now, you can be pre-approved, pre-signed up, and pre-charged all in one easy step......with no effort needed on your part.

Someone told me to check the email address things come from. I get things like your Amazn account has expired. First the name is spelt wrong, second even if not spelt wrong the senders address makes no sense. The amazing thing is how many times I get the same notice, but from an ever changing email address, so they go to junk folder, but are not blocked entirely.

The email you see in the "From:" can be spoofed, and usually is. Many are purposely miss-spelled because people read things like Amazn as Amazon. But that's usually a good clue. And they are usually invalid email addresses.

I look at the header info. The last "from" listed is where the email actually originated.
Some are from servers in Europe, Guyana, China, Vietnam, Google, and other places. NEVER the IP address for the purported company.

I get a lot of this kind of crap;many are referring to things I owe for but don't have,or never had, packages waiting to be shipped, etc.etc. Wish they could catch & jail the creeps doing this stuff.
