I don't know the significance of the bee hive but this is another window in the abandoned Church set.
Currently, the power is off in the building so the ambiance inside is changing constantly with every passing cloud. The glow inside is amazing.

Beehives are a symbol of unity under one leader and were frequently used as symbols in Christian images to symbolize unity of the church. I believe that is why they are the symbol of Utah, but those in Ootah may correct me in that. Nice picture, BTW. I really love being in a building lit only by stained glass windows. The light is so soft and varies so in colour.

Ootah? You have been hanging out with Cany 143 too much, Kathy (LOL).

You're right about the religious symbolism. The Mormons, Brigham Young, associated bees (and bee hive) as a symbol of perseverance and industry. The state was named later by Congress after the Ute tribe. But the image in this window is right off the current flag of Utah. Maybe some connection between this church and the Church of Later Day Saints formed by Joseph Smith in New York but shortly afterward, built a temple in Kirkland, Ohio about 200 miles from this church.
