I retuned a call to a telemarketer and the answering machine has what I think is a very cool piano playing a piece of music.

Every time I try to call a telemarketer I get a recording saying the phone is out of service.

Most telemarketers use a phone system that only does outgoing calls. In any event, if you call them they may use caller ID and capture your telephone number and for the rest of your life they will be calling you at dinner time.
