Don't you mean we don't have a Cult Leader like the MAGAns?
Critical thinking prevents Liberals from following any Piped Piper over the cliff like lemmings.

Some desire a Strong Leaders because they want to give all decisions to their leader out of laziness. We must take responsibility for our choices. When we make mistakes, v**e them out.

Purported “Critical Thinking” does not appear to allow Liberals to rationally analyze economic, political and social conditions that are adversely affecting citizens of this Republic.

Why? Because they don't want to solve the problem. They want to point to the problem and blame Biden.
There is no compromise with the GOP as long as Fat Donny calls the shots.
When will they put America first? Probably, after they lose the majority in the House, The Senate, and ultimately the Presidency.
They've turned out to be a sorry bunch of Trump brown shirts.
This e******n, America must dump every Republican up for e******n and send a resounding message they we aren't going to take anymore.
If that isn't sad enough, take a look at the one thing that the GOP is afraid of. A pop singer named Taylor Swift who they believe is part of a conspiracy to take them down.

Total BS! The bill failed to meet the expectations of Republican v**ers and even though compromise can be expected in legislation the bill gave far too much to the liberals in their efforts to import a new dependency class of future democrat v**ers.

You tar with far too broad a brush. I am a card carrying member of the GOP who never has and never will v**e for Trump. That said, look what the Democrats have brought on us: record deficits (yes I know Trump did not help, but the Democrats still think money grows on trees), open borders (until Biden understood how h**ed he is the he got religion), & attempts to ens***e all Americans under demonic taxes so they can spend, spend, spend.

Sorry, but on Day One, President Biden sent an immigration bill to Congress. Nothing happened with that bill in Congress.

Don't blame the e******n on the 2024 bill's timing. It's been decades since the last meaningful immigration bill was passed.

Enslaving Americans under taxes?

Let's see, it was trump and the GOP who cut taxes for corporations and the very rich in 2017. Those cuts have compounded the Federal dept and deficit.

And the GOP opposes raising the cap on earnings for Social Security contributions. The folks who earn more would be the only ones affected by the earnings cap raise or removal, the majority wouldn't be affected.

For 2024, that cap was just raised to $168,000. Why aren't all earnings taxed?

Personally, I'd be more than willing to contribute a little more to the SS fund in order for the fund to remain solvent, but my earnings fall under that current cap. Plus, I'm reaching the point, that within the next few years, I'll be fully retired. I'm currently working my last job before retirement, no matter how long it lasts.

So is Trump stopping you from answering my question about when the Senate Bipartisan Border bill was passed? Does Trump cause you to lie about the Speaker of the House blocking a border bill that hasn't even been presented to the House? I normally don't spend much time a day on the Hog, but I'll wait for your answer, as you seem to think your well educated in the subject.

It was trump himself who kiboshed the 2024 bipartisan border bill, so that trump and the GOP would have a campaign issue to run on!

Umm... We live in a Constitutional Republic. And everything the OP said, could be turned right back and be said about the democrats. Both sides are just in it for themselves and their donors.

Where is your verifiable proof that the Democrats are trying to turn the United States into an Autocracy or a Dictatorship?

Whereas we do have proof that's exactly what trump has been trying to do since well before trump LOST the 2020 e******n!

Biden issued a plethora of EO's aimed at making the boarder more porous at the very beginning of his presidency. Has he visited the border yet? Perhaps he can't quite find it on a map.

Of course then he went and had them bussed and flown all over America. There were even a few flown in toMartha's Vineyard next to the Obama's surfside beach palace (so much for g****l w*****g and rising ocean levels) After the dustup with NYC cops and similar incidents of law breaking border jumpers all over the country, I would think this is no longer a regional issue limited to California and Texas. Biden is going to lose and lose big and this is the issue that will sink him.

CORRECTION

It was a DeSantis campaign stunt which illegally flew migrants to Martha's Vineyard!

If you don't control the border then you don't have one. Simple as that. Biden has lost control of the border.

I live on the I-95 corridor between Boston and Providence. Been here a long time. Seen plenty. But this is the first time I'm seeing South and Central American "refugees" being put up at the local Holiday Inn on the taxpayer dime. There's at least 100, perhaps more. They panhandle all over the place. I can't see that any of them are working a job, and their numbers are not going down. Where we are is a technology highway. Not really a place for produce pickers.

But I tell you what. Howsabout I move to where you are and demand that you provide for my needs?

There's a little legal issue about not letting migrants hold real jobs and earn a living because their "status" is up in the air.

So who’s paying for these immigrants room and board, medical care and other living expenses?

You keep blaming Trump, he is not a Senator, he is not the president, and according to most democrats and some republicans he's not going to be president after the 2024 e******n. So how can he hold any weight in the senates decision to v**e or pass this border bill? Maybe talk is cheap, and they deep down believe he may be #47.
Schumer is the Majority Leader of the senate, and a democrat, but he still has holdouts from his own party on this bill. If he can't convince his own party, and independents this is a good immigration policy, he will never get it passed. In the words of Frank T, "Own it. It's yours."

trump uses FEAR to control the GOP and get them to bend to his wishes.

trump's wish is that he wants to use the border crisis as a campaign issue, so he's instructed the GOP to not pass the immigration bill.

It's that simple.

If you can't see that happening, then you've got to get your eyes examined, and look for a better source for your news, because it's been all over the news for the past few days!

No, trump is leading his lemmings over the cliff!

lol yeah and the Trump/Russia conspiracy theory was all over the news as well for years and you believed it. If there’s one thing about you is that you are well-known for your conspiracy theories.
