Well I made JustJills noodles resipe

Made it for supper tonight, was a huge hit, both my wife and I really enjoyed it and I made enough for leftovers, I nearly doubled the amounts and about 3 minutes after I took the picture the sauce tightened up and coated the noodles to perfection. Thanks again JustJill.

Nice photo of a delicious looking meal Sourdough. I've tried and enjoyed many recipes shared in this section including JustJill's Leek Potato soup which I just made for the second or third time last weekend. And your own Zuppa Toscana which I have made 2 or 3 times and may make it again in the next few weeks.

I'll have to post some of my own to pay you folks back.

That looks Fabulous! I Luv noodle dishes... not so much The Wife, so...I get ALL of it!

I too have made many of the recipes with good results, Thank you for your comments and I am glad that you have tried and like the Zuppa Toscana I will look forward to your offerings.

Thanks for posting Justjill if not for you I would not have tried it. I have a collection of cookbooks my wife says she thinks about 250 + cookbooks. when time allows I will read through them and pick something and try it, most are good but I look for better, and make some changes and try again. Its a fun hobby and I do about 20 cooking baking contests each year all amateurs contests.
