On November 18th I had the privilege and pleasure of shooting a special dinner that Kids Stock The House supplied for the residents of the house who are going through tough times as they take care of their ill children. I hope that you can experience through the photo's the emotions and friendships that were formed.
For additional information about the organization you can go to kidsstockthehouse.org, or go to their Facebook page Kids Stock The House.

Thank you colo43. It was a very bittersweet day. When I was offered to be paid, I just couldn't, especially when you see all the families that are there under trying circumstances. Just meeting with the families and hearing their stories was enough of a payment for me, not to mention the hugs.

Fantastic shots, and great organization. We had the misfortune/privelage of staying at a Ronald McDonald house in St. Louis. My grand daughter was very premature and weighed two pounds when she was born, we live 100 miles away from the hospital. Everyone was so friendly, and staying there made it so much easier to visit the hospital. Very comfortable accommodations too.

Hi Bullwinkle,
Is that your granddaughter in your avatar? If so, I am so happy that she is healthy now.
I had friends stay at the RMHLI when their 12 year old son had a brain tumor. If it wasn't for the house, they would've had to travel back and forth to be with Al and they lived 60+ miles away.
The organization that I shoot for, 'Kids Stock The House' is trying to go beyond NY. It would be great if you could 'Like' their Facebook page so that others know how kids help kids.

Yes, that is her in the middle. It is unbelievable how she has grown, she is still small for her age, and is a little slow on the small muscle skills, but that is all. Every time I see her I am so grateful, and amazed, that she came out of it with no real issues. I have "liked" kids stock the house on Facebook.

2 for 1 special going here. My wife wasn't home last night, but she did wonder why I liked that page on Facebook. When I saw her this morning I mentioned it, she immediately liked it also. Her first response was that the Ronald McDonald house was a God send. It's great to see younger folks getting involved.

Many thanks to both you and your wife. It's amazing that when you read so much bad going on with teenagers, then you read about the good kids, it puts a smile on your face. :)
