Hi Don, I see from viewing Richards fine shots of British cars Down Under you enjoyed the series as I did. I gathered a few together for you that you might like to see...
Mostly racing cars I took at our hillclimb track up in the Barossa Valley. A couple of nice exotics as well.
Nice! If you'll indulge me? My first job out of high school was working for a formula car racing team. At the race tracks, the Mini Coopers dominated the B and C Sedan classes. I was so impressed with them that I saved my pennies and bought one for myself. I loved that car! Every time I see one (not the BMW-owned kind), I have to pause and smile. Thanks!
Great set.

Really enjoyed your set of cars. I’ve owned a bunch of Jags - from XK150 through XK8 and XF - and 3 modern Minis.
Good set for the Motorheads.
I think my street legal mobility scooter is nearly as big as "55" and "156". Give every vehicle owner in Great Britain something the size of my '54 Buick V8 I started college with, and there would be no room for people on the island.
Beautiful set as usual Ron. The Cooper S could be the terror of road tracks but most Americans never learned to drive front wheel drive cars well. I always wanted a Tiger, even a RHD one
Very nice set, Ron! Interesting Austin-Healey (#57).
Thank you for posting these Ron, I do appreciate it. What is that car in image #5? How did your mate make out in his superchared MG?
Sounds like an event I would like to see one day. Enjoyed your set very much.

Thanks Don, it's a 12C McLaren...2012 version. It was brand new on the day...
