African Hemp flower closeup

I had to go to a plant ID site to find out what this flower is. I've seen and shot it the last few years. It blooms very early - it started before the end of the year, and it doesn't stay very long. They are pretty small - the burst part is only about 3/4 inch. It grows on a tall bush, above my head, so it's easy to get them against the sky. Shot with a Nikon 105 f2.8 Micro at f32 and on-camera flash.
