At our favorite Mexican restaurant you can order fresh guacamole and the lady brings her cart and makes it table side. It does not get any better than that.

Thanks Joe. No you really can't beat the fresh stuff. I also had guacamole on my main dish and that is stuff they make ahead of time. To compare them side to side was just totally different.

Agree that most table-side guac in Mexican restaurants is the absolute best. But a second best, and one you can make at home is...from all places...Chipotle Restaurant.
