I don't think it matters if it had been installed at one time or another - it only matters that it's been deactivated since Adobe only allows it to be active on two computers at a time.

Thanks for the questions folks...sorry I didn't address these in the ad. The software was installed on one notebook computer before but never registered (I skipped the process per request of the original seller. This is supposed to be a corporate license resale and never had an issue with it although I'll check on the Adobe website to see what I can find... I do have an active Adobe account). Anyway, this is for PC not MAC. Thanks again.

I just contacted Adobe tech support with the question about activation and told him the original purchase was from a seller from Charlotte, NC through a Craigslist ad. He told me Adobe does not support any product purchased through Craigslist as a general policy. I asked him if he was saying this was not a legitimate version and he told me he could not determine that. I can tell you I never had any issues with the installation but I will commit to 100% refund/return if there were to be any problem with installation.

What does it mean by master collection? Does it mean that it has all of the other features? How do you receive your payment? I am interested in it.
