Nice work, Mike.
I appreciate the " tour " of the community. I see lots of nice things about the place. Having spent most of my adult life deeply involved in the development of large, up-scale communities, I can't help but look at other comparable properties....always looking for new wrinkles.
It got down to 30 degrees in Jax last night. Half of the neighborhood seemed to go comatose.
