They have a record of failed objections as indicated in the article. None of these reach the level of trump's i**********n evidence. SCOTUS will be the decider and I have full faith that they will see the applicability to trump.

Read the full article you posted. That particular group has filed many challenges to people on the IL b****t (both parties) and lost. There is a separate group filing a case based on the 14th amendment. If anything, the article you posted disputes your claim of inconsistent treatment.

It doesn't matter who filed the complaint, the relief requested is for Biden to be taken off the b****t. Just like complaints have been filed to take Trump off b****ts. But suddenly the democrats here in the UHH believe this shouldn't be allowed for Biden, but ok with it being Trump.

Who says that? I'm on the record saying if a state feels justified in claiming applicability of 14th amendment regarding Biden, they should go for it according to their state's rules and process. SCOTUS will decide. Please prove your claim that UHH democrats have told you otherwise? I don't see it on this thread.
