Took this photo of a large plant at the hotel in San Jose, costa rica. I was amazed by its large long green leaves. Taken with 15-35 mm f/2.8 on a tripod

Very pretty, maybe clone out the two vertical objects on the right?

Agree with Jack, Curmudgeon, on the vertical objects. Other than that a very nice shot Canon R.

Nice tones in your image, and I do prefer the cloned version.

Very nice. Looks like the large plant is the king and the smaller ones are honoring it. :-)

Obviously the cloned is the better. I really enjoy the textural differences and the tonalities.
I was starting to think maybe a little work with dodging some of the textural background, and the white in the front.
But then, on looking at it again, I really came to like the subtlety of this image. The highlight on the ferns ? in the background give enough separation and the tonalities of the whole image really works.
A softer approach and not so in your face.
Lovely image.
2nd edit: Beautiful image. It really draws the eye around and around.
