A new interpretation of
this topic. I needed color and softness more than usual, what with our continuing brutal temperatures...
New edit in ACR, Nik Detail Extractor, Topaz Studio 2 Swirly Strokes filter, and an overlay from a member of another forum.

Fun! Makes me want to get out my oil paints though. Probably not your intention
The texture and colouring give the image as a whole a coherence which is an interesting effect. The only thing that goes against that effect is the dark area in the upper right. My guess is it only needs slight lightening and/or desaturation to get it to not look incongruent.
A lovely effect overall. I find myself uncomfortable with the yellowish colors behind the right most yellow blossom, and the way that seems to undermine my ability to see that blossom. Also, there's a green light in the bottle/vase, and another similar light under that right most blossom, making me suspect another bottle. But that's all just the experience of what addled brain.
Like your creative idea. Like the colors and that I can distinguish a couple flower stems in the vase.

Thanks R.G. Since the original scene was so high contrast, I'm not feeling the dark area is an issue, though I do see your point
