White Light color and grayscale

Shot with a Sony A7R V camera, FE200-600@600mm lens and Orion solar filter, tripod mounted.

It is a joy to work with the 61MP sensor in the A7R V!

Great shots with some very nice detail. The suns activity could make for a very nice solar corona during the total eclipse in April.

The detail could have been better but I was shooting the Sun almost on the horizon under a Chinook Arch so a fair bit of atmospheric 'interference'.

Hi bwa
With the sun that low you still got some great shots. Was this stacked video to improve the signal to noise ratio?

The best single image of the 11 shot. I would have shot video but my observatory is buried in snow and it was -35°C at the time.
