Eagles Over Belfair State Park 1-11-2024

Cold, windy day but clear and bright. As I arrived noted the gulls and the few ducks flushed. Saw the eagle fly by, then decide Not to land, then flew around for me before departing to the West. I turned to the gulls nearby and it started to rain-cold rain! Had to beat feet in a quick hurry to keep reasonably dry. Forecast called for sun. No rain. I did not see clouds but a few far away fluffs it seemed. The rain was driven by the wind!
The gull remained uninterested throughout.
