I have found that cropping is one of the most important edits as it creates balance and dynamics. Here I cropped close to the top of the tree to give it a powerful towering effect.

Thank you! Sometimes it takes 20 minutes to get the crop just right for dimensions and placement. And sometimes it happens instantly.

Thanks. Now that I think about it, I wonder why I even mentioned it, ha ha. I would think most of us on UHH would crop, but I noticed it doesn’t seem to be mentioned that much in editing tutorials. It plays a significant role in the process, doesn’t it?
