It seems that way, not the media nor the Democratic Party even acknowledge that there are other candidates in their party. No debates, no primaries just Biden. The names of Marianne Williamson, and Dean Phillips are left out of the equation with basically no recognition.

Yeah, and the GOP has it's lead candidate not in the Debates?

We don't really have "our" candidates, do we?
What we have are the two Party's chosen candidates.
The people are basically being left out of the decision. So much for "democracy" and representation.
The option for the people to choose, on one hand, has largely been co-opted by the Democrat Party (much as they did in 2016 to Sanders), and on the other hand, thanks to the Republican front runner who is basically pulling a Joe Biden-like hiding routine.

I would just love to see a debate (or two or three) between Trump and Biden. Joe can't make a speech without the help of a teleprompter, and can't ad-lib two complete sentences without messing up. Oh, and when he does ad-lib, watch his fluttering eyes...meaning that he's trying desperately to correct the thoughts coming from his brain (or his ass as the case may be). Joe not only fails on all policy issues, but is cognitively deficient. If Joe was CEO of a major company, the board of directors would quickly fire him.

The really scary thing is in a country of 300+ million this is the best we can do.

What the GOP has is a criminal defendant trying desperately to run from the law under the guise of a candidate.

They, the GOP, lost their credibility back during the 2016 campaign when they refused to stand up to and take down an unqualified bully.

Yes, trump met the legal requirements for the office, but he was unqualified because of his total lack of knowledge of how the US Constitution and the laws in our country worked, and what powers of the office he could legally wield without consequences or repercussions.

Fast forward to J****** 6, 2021 with trump unleashing his cult followers on the US Capitol Building because he refused to leave office.

Then a mere 2 weeks later, on January 20, 2021, trump skinks off to Mar-A-Lago in the wee hours of the morning with a whole load of Government Documents which he no longer had a legal right to possess.
