Not quite as sharp as I'd like as I took it from the passenger seat while going across the 520 bridge. It was a lovely view.

Your photo is good. I've been living near that mountain longer than most! I've walked on it, slept on it, flown over it, flown around it, photographed it, videoed it, etc. It always surprises with yet another experience of view.

If you live here, it does not seem rare. Some days it shows itself, some days not. There is always another direction, cloud pattern or light color.
If you are an occasional tourist, you may never see it. It rains here a lot. Many of us residents believe the tourists should go where there is more sunshine.

Thank you, Bill. Generally I don't see it at that time in the morning or from that perspective. So it was a delightfully different viewing experience.

That’s a very nice shot of Ranier. Mt. Ranier is very photogenic and you’re right, it never looks the same.
