I like your B/W treatment because Sedona images are ALWAYS done in color. Therefore, yours stands out. I'd crop it a bit tighter, though.

Technically beautiful picture, but it feels like it lacks a foreground subject.
Cropping the bottom of the road does make the picture feel more balanced.
